About

mvmWarehouse is warehouse and sales software for a small company. It keeps your product catalogue with categories, photos and barcodes, the stock of every product in one or more warehouses, your customers and suppliers, and every order, invoice and payment in one place. Stock follows your documents. Goods arrive with a receipt, leave with a write off, move between warehouses with a transfer and are corrected with an inventory count, and every movement is recorded so you can always see where a quantity came from. A confirmed order reserves its goods, shipping it takes them out of the warehouse, and an invoice made from the order carries its lines, prices and payments over, with overdue invoices and open receivables visible at a glance. Price lists give groups of customers their own prices, either as a discount on the base price or as a fixed price for chosen products. Reports show sales by month, the best selling products and customers, and, for people allowed to see purchase prices, the cost of sales, gross margin and stock value. A company is shared with the people you choose from your Apps Hub favourites. Each person gets a ready made role such as sales, storekeeper or accountant, or their own set of permissions for every area, and purchase prices can be hidden from anyone who does not need them. mvmWarehouse is meant to be the heart of an online shop. Products marked for the online shop carry their photos and web description, and other mvmOS apps and outside programs can read the catalogue, prices and stock and place orders and payments, either through the app to app interface or through the company's own API keys, each with its own permissions.
