QueueDesk
Bookings and queue tickets from a public page, no account needed.
About
QueueDesk runs the front desk. In appointment mode you define your weekly hours and slot length, and clients pick a free slot from a public page — name, phone, a message, done. In walk-in mode the same page hands out numbered tickets, and you call the next one when you are ready. Clients need no account. They get a verification code with their booking or ticket; you get a notification the moment one comes in, and manage everything from the desktop: today's list, the history, days off, and cancellations. The public page has its own address you choose, in the language you choose, and can also be offered as a widget for embedding into a site built with mvmSiteBuilder.
What it does
- Two modes: weekly appointment schedule, or walk-in number queue.
- Weekly opening hours with a slot length per day.
- Days off, so a holiday closes the calendar without touching the hours.
- Public booking page with name, phone, email and message — no client account required.
- Verification code per booking or ticket.
- Now serving, Call Next, remaining capacity and a queue reset for walk-in mode.
- Today's list, a date-range history, and booking states: booked, called, served, cancelled.
- Notification on every new booking or ticket.
- Your own public address and public page language.
- Business name shown to clients.
Integrations
Turn on “Offer this public page as a site widget” and QueueDesk registers its booking page with mvmSiteBuilder, where it becomes an App widget block you can drop into a page. Clients then book from inside your own site instead of a separate link.
Requires: mvmSiteBuilder installed with its App API enabled in Apps Hub → Settings → App APIs (off by default). Placing the widget in a page is a Premium feature of mvmSiteBuilder; QueueDesk's own public page is free.
