About

QuoteBuilder puts together a quote from the work it contains. Each service is either time — hours and minutes at your hourly rate — or a fixed price, and the summary adds up the hours, the subtotal, the discount, the total and what is left after the deposit. Services you quote often become templates, organised into your own categories, so the next quote is a few clicks rather than a rewrite. Rate, currency and default deposit live in the global settings and apply to every new project. Each project gets a public link you can send to the client. It updates as you edit, and you choose what it shows — hours per service, your hourly rate, or neither — and in which language.
