Meet mvmFonts

mvmFonts is a new Store app that keeps about one hundred free fonts, all with Latin and Cyrillic letters, on your own server and offers them to the apps that write. mvmOffice and mvmPhoto now use it for their fonts. mvmFonts 1.0.1 • Browse the whole shelf, search it and filter by style: serif, sans, script, display and monospace. • Preview any font with your own text and size before you choose it. • Every font is free to use and is installed with the app, so nothing is downloaded from outside services while you work. • Other apps ask mvmFonts for the list and the font files through the app-to-app connection, so a font you add once is available everywhere. • This version makes a fresh install from the Store find its bundled fonts straight away, so the shelf is full right after installation. mvmOffice 1.1.0 and mvmPhoto 1.1.0 • Writing in mvmOffice and adding text in mvmPhoto offer the fonts from mvmFonts when it is installed, and fall back to the built-in ones when it is not. You need a Linux server with mvmOS installed. The app does not work as a standalone phone app.
