mvm2factor 1.2.0: Public vault and browser autofill

mvm2factor now has an optional public page connected to each Apps Hub profile. After an administrator enables public access, each user can open their own private TOTP vault from another device and see the same accounts they use in mvmOS. The app can also generate a ready-to-install Chrome or Firefox extension. It opens the vault in a compact popup, can show accounts that match the current website, and fills a selected one-time code with one click.
