mvmPasswordManager 1.0.0 and mvm2factor 1.2.1: An encrypted vault, with import from other managers

mvmPasswordManager is new. It is a password vault where every Apps Hub profile gets its own encrypted store. Passwords, usernames, notes and addresses are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your master password, which is never sent to the server — mvmOS only ever holds unreadable records. Moving in from another manager is one step. The import screen reads an export from Bitwarden, KeePass, 1Password, LastPass, Dashlane, NordPass, Chrome, Firefox or Safari, as JSON or CSV, recognising each one by its columns. The file is read and encrypted inside your browser, entries already in the vault are detected and left unticked, and password-protected exports are reported rather than imported as unusable rows. The Chrome and Firefox extension also works as a passkey provider: a passkey a website offers is stored inside the matching vault entry, encrypted like everything else. Note that passkeys cannot be imported from another manager — they must be created again on each site, which is a rule of passkeys themselves, not a limitation here. mvm2factor 1.2.1 updates its extension to the new format introduced in mvmOS 0.31.0-beta. Without it, a newly generated mvm2factor extension would install without one-time-code autofill. Anyone using that extension should update the app and download the extension again. Both apps now require mvmOS 0.31.0-beta.
