mvm2factor 1.2.2, mvmPasswords 1.1.0: two-factor codes in your password vault
mvmPasswords can now link a saved login to a two-factor account from
mvm2factor. Once an administrator turns the integration on in the app's own
settings (the ⚙ icon in its window, or App Store → Installed), a linked login
gets a button that copies its current six-digit code, and filling the login
copies the code to the clipboard at the same time — so the second step of
signing in is a paste away instead of a trip to another app. The code is
always generated by mvm2factor and only asked for when needed; the shared
secret never reaches mvmPasswords. This part of the vault is available with a
subscription.
mvm2factor also fixes a display bug where a tall list or a dialog could run
past the bottom of the window with no way to scroll to the missing part —
most noticeable in the browser extension popup, which has the least room to
work with.
