mvmOS 0.33.0-beta: Apps Hub public pages open in your own language

Public pages no longer start in English and switch a moment later. The language is now resolved in the page head, before anything is drawn — from the language saved on your Apps Hub account, or from your browser when you have not chosen one yet — so the first thing you see is already translated. The language files are also cached properly now, which takes about 80 KB off every public page load. Language has become a setting of the Apps Hub account itself, next to theme and text size, so it follows you to every app page and every device you sign in from. The app grid on the Apps Hub page finally shows real usage: when you last opened each app and how many times you have opened it, counted per account.
