Game Hub 1.13.0 and RSS Reader 1.4.0: Public pages in your own language

Game Hub's public page is now fully translated and follows the language set on your Apps Hub account, so players see the standings in their own language from the first screen. It also fixes a sign-in loop: renaming a player in Apps Hub could collide with the old name in Game Hub's local player cache and leave the page bouncing between login and redirect. RSS Reader's public reading list now carries its own translations as well. Both of these require mvmOS core 0.33.0 or newer — that release is what stops an app's own translations being erased when the core language file loads — so the App Store will say so rather than offering an update that would render raw text. The Budget, Calendar and Chat public pages now wait for the language table before mounting their widget, so nothing shows up untranslated on the way in. Telegram Hub fixes notifications triggered by another app — adding someone to a shared shopping list, for instance — which failed because Telegram Hub was reading its own database while still confined to the calling app's folder.
