mvm2factor 1.2.3 and mvmPasswords 1.4.2 improve secure vault management

mvm2factor 1.2.3 adds full backup export, a CSV export for other authenticator apps, and import for mvm2factor backups and standard authenticator CSV files. mvmPasswords 1.4.2 now clearly distinguishes a vault loading problem from a failed save, and its browser extension includes a lock icon for clearing only its saved local unlock state after changing servers.
