mvmOS 0.38.0-beta personalises Apps Hub and expands credit controls

Every Apps Hub profile can now choose its own home screen from a new Store tab. Adding or removing an app only changes whether its card is shown, without deleting the app or anything it saved. The selected apps, sorting and category follow the account across phones and computers. Installation owners can set a credit price for actions declared by installed apps. Prices are managed per app from Apps Hub and are automatically paused while Premium is inactive, so those actions remain free. System notices raised by the installation remain on the desktop instead of appearing in the public notification inbox of an Apps Hub profile with the same name. The App Store can search every category of a store at once, small private app pages display correctly on public pages, and edited language files reach browsers immediately instead of waiting for a restart.
