mvmOS 0.39.0-beta: mvmOS now speaks nine languages

German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese join English and Bulgarian as full mvmOS languages, taking the system from two supported languages to nine. The public Apps Hub page, the browser extension's popup and settings, the install prompt on public app pages, and the 404 page all now speak the visitor's own language instead of falling back to English outside of Bulgarian. The Startup Manager's text now follows the same shared translation system as the rest of the desktop.
