Cron Manager retires from the Store

Cron Manager is no longer offered as a separate Store app — its functionality now ships built into every mvmOS installation's desktop as part of mvmOS 0.40.0-beta. It has been removed from the System & Administration category to avoid listing a duplicate of what already comes with the system.
