Git Manager 1.2.0 locks repositories that belong to other profiles

Git Manager now tells the difference between a repository you own and one that belongs to another profile on the same installation. Foreign repositories still show up, but stay locked — no status, history, files or remote access — until you switch to their owner. With a subscription, a user with sudo access can confirm their own password once and unlock every repository for the session, while every git command underneath still runs as the repository's real owner, so nothing about ownership changes on disk.
