mvmOS 0.42.0-beta: know exactly what premium content actually made it to your installation

Settings gets a new "Premium content" panel that shows, per installed app and per core Premium module, whether that content has actually finished downloading onto this installation — rather than only whether the subscription badge above says it is active. A manual recheck brings back anything that fell behind after an interrupted download, without waiting for the next heartbeat or re-entering the licence key. Subscriptions now track how many devices a key covers, and a licence key can be revealed in full for entering the same key into another installation.
