Git Manager unlocks GitHub Issues with Premium, mvmAI limits admin access to an explicit choice

Git Manager 1.3.0 lets a Premium subscription unlock a repository's GitHub Issues from inside the app: browse open and closed issues, read their details and comments, open or close them, and start work in an automatically named branch for the issue, restoring a remote-only branch locally and fast-forwarding it first when that's needed. Authentication works with either an existing GitHub CLI login or a per-user GitHub API token scoped to Issues. mvmAI 0.6.0 changes what an administrator gets by default on the public chat page: the assistant can now inspect the server in read-only mode without any extra setup, while actually running commands on the owner's behalf stays a separate, explicit choice made through the existing exec toggle. Every AI provider is now held to the same access rules, with provider-native file and shell tools turned off across the board.
