mvmOS Desktop 0.4.6 adds per-site unread title markers

Custom websites can now decide which markers in their page title should become an unread badge in mvmOS Desktop. Numbered markers such as (1) remain enabled by default, while *, ●, •, ! and 🔴 can be enabled individually from Edit website. This makes services such as Element stay visibly unread after a transient notification disappears. When Element adds * to the title, mvmOS Desktop shows badge 1 and keeps the unread state visible in the sidebar and the app's platform badge. Marker choices are saved separately for each website, and status symbols are recognized only in title positions designed to avoid ordinary punctuation producing false alerts.
