One Store, More Ways to Work

mvmOS 1.4.0 makes the App Store easier to use when an installation has more than one source. Official and added stores for apps, widgets and themes now appear together in one category view, duplicated items prefer the official source, and every non official item clearly shows where it comes from. Premium apps show what their subscription adds before installation, while installed apps can be downloaded again from their current source without removing their data or settings. Terminal now has a quick command prompt for the commands you use most. Open it from the Terminal or with a configurable shortcut, run a line immediately, save it with an optional working folder, and use placeholders to ask for values or choose folders when it runs. The command editor suggests available commands, shows safe help, and saved commands follow the signed in Linux user between browsers while still running in that user’s own Terminal session. App search also recognises translated names, original names and ids, so finding a tool works naturally in every supported language. mvmOS Chat 1.4.0 adds group conversations for up to 50 people. Groups can be named and managed by their administrators, members can leave whenever they want, new members see only messages written after they joined, and unread counts now cover direct and group chats. The experience is available in the desktop app, public page and Telegram mini app in all nine supported languages. mvmCloud 1.1.0 adds a gallery view with generated previews for photos and videos. Apps Hub profiles can now spend credits to issue a restricted API key for one of their own folders, useful for an assistant or script without granting shell access. Premium controls continue to let administrators manage per profile quotas, encrypted folders and whether users may issue these keys. Public app archives now exclude mvmCloud storage data, so user files and vault content cannot be published accidentally.
