Introducing mvmWarehouse

mvmWarehouse is a new app in the Store for the stock and sales of a small company, shared with your team and ready to be the heart of an online shop. Products and stock • A product catalogue with nested categories, SKU, barcode, units, VAT rate, purchase price, minimum stock and several photos per product. • Services that can be sold and invoiced without stock. • Stock in several warehouses with receipts, write offs, transfers, inventory counts and customer returns, each posted and reversible. • A complete stock movement history with low stock warnings. Sales • Price lists with a discount on the base price or fixed prices for chosen products. • Customers and suppliers with VAT number, addresses, payment terms and a default price list. • Orders that reserve goods when confirmed and take them out of the warehouse when shipped. • Invoices, proforma invoices and credit notes with continuous numbering and printing. • Payments against orders, invoices or partners, with refunds, overdue invoices and open receivables. Reports A dashboard and reports show sales by month and the best selling products and customers. People who may see purchase prices also see the cost of sales, the gross margin and the stock value. Your team • Keep several companies, each with its own products, stock, partners and documents. • Share a company with people from your Apps Hub favourites. • Give each person a ready made role, such as sales, storekeeper or accountant, or their own permissions for every area. • Hide purchase prices from anyone who does not need them. Ready for an online shop • Mark products for the online shop with their photos and a separate web description. • Other mvmOS apps can read the catalogue, prices and stock and place orders and payments through the app to app interface. • Outside programs, such as an online shop or accounting software, use the company's own API keys, each with its own permissions. mvmWarehouse is available in all nine supported languages.
